Want to help shape the Next Generation of Leaders?

Join us on a mission.

Who is this for?

Change agents, game changers, leaders…who want to change the status quo. Who want to help close the Gender Gap sooner than in 5 generations.

Parents, schools, educators, governments, businesses, entrepreneurs, leaders from all walks of life…we need you.

We are on a quest to make our Leadhership curriculum available in all secondary schools, globally.

We started with a pilot it in one school in Jersey training 840 teenage girls. The impact has been phenomenal, so we are on a mission to roll it out to more schools in Jersey, the UK and beyond.

We are looking for schools, sponsors, mentors, female role models to help redefining Leadership in a broader, more inclusive way, so more girls opt in to Leadership: identify as leaders and take on leadership roles.

Why?

Because 39% of girls opt out of Leadership during adolescence (boys don’t). And if we are to close the Gender Gap or have any chance to build a fairer society, we need to tackle the issue at the source. Not just when women are in the workplace. Else, we have a leaky bucket syndrome.

Paris was not built in a day and we know it take a village to raise a child. So, the more people join in, the bigger the impact. You can play a role at any age, from anywhere. See our Venn diagram below for ideas on what you can do starting today!

Thank you to our Sponsors who made it possible to pilot this programme at JCG to 840 girls Year 7 to Year 13.

Feedback from the first school, where the programme has been piloted:

“This is truly outstanding and compelling. It is clear that the workshops and material are working. This programme has “award winning” all over it” Carl, Principal JCG

“I just wanted to thank you so much for your excellent delivery and bespoke programme. SUPER STAR BRILLIANCE. Gaëlle is the person you want on your team. She is the real deal and is all about action. Gaëlle uses her experience, skills, and platform to give back, creating positive impact.

Her delivery of the Female Leadership course for our students has been exemplary.

From the design and crafting of bespoke content and sessions to meet specific age groups, to her authentic and expert delivery and presentation, Gaëlle consistently demonstrates flair, knowledge, research backed evidence, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of the issues affecting women and girls in society. Gaëlle’s pioneering approach to educating on female leadership has already transformed students’ perception of leadership and highlighted to students that leaders come in all forms, and anyone can be a leader. This has resulted in a 100 percent increase in students’ confidence levels and is transforming how they see themselves and their strengths, empowering students to believe and lean into leadership.’

Danielle, Head of PSHE at JCG

In her TED talk, Gaëlle reveals fresh ideas to close the global gender gap. She shines light on where the problem starts, in adolescence, when girls’ leadership ambition drops. Her proposed solution: “L.E.A.D. hER” is a simple and powerful 4 steps based on her own research and coaching experience. She highlights the importance of defining leadership in a new more humane and inclusive way, so more women and girls opt in. Aimed at mothers, main caregivers and parents, her talk will make you feel empowered to help your daughter be a NextGen Female leader.
