In April 2026, I received the “Director of the Year Award” from the Institute of Directors Jersey, celebrating Jersey’s finest talents. I won the award for the work I do on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: to help shape the Next Gen of leaders and make leadership education a mandatory part of the secondary school curriculum.

It’s a space for energy, challenge, curiosity, and real conversation.
